About us

MIXOLOGIC is a trading name of Balance Collective Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 16959896). Registered office: 3 Station Road, Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex, CM24 8BE. Contact: contact@mixologic.co.uk.

Orders

We sell cocktail smoker kits to customers in the United Kingdom. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order before acceptance, for example where a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free for UK orders. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card details.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Fulfilment and delivery are provided through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We will provide the remedies required by consumer law if we fail to deliver as agreed.

Returns and cancellation

Our Delivery & Returns page and Cancellation Form explain your 14-day cancellation rights, return process and refunds. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Product use and safety

Read and follow all supplied product instructions before use. The torch is supplied without butane or gas. Butane fuel must be purchased separately and used in accordance with its manufacturer’s instructions. Keep smoking equipment, flame and fuel away from children, flammable materials and unattended use.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another part of the UK, you may have the protection of mandatory laws that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
