What drinks can I use with the MIXOLOGIC smoker?
The smoker is ideal for whiskey, whisky, bourbon, Scotch and cocktails such as an Old Fashioned. You can also experiment with other drinks depending on your taste.
Which wood chips are included?
The kits include six natural wood chip varieties: oak, apple, walnut, peach, cherry and pecan.
Does the torch come with butane?
No. The torch is supplied without butane/gas. Butane fuel must be purchased separately.
Is the smoker suitable for beginners?
Yes. MIXOLOGIC smoker kits are designed to make the cocktail smoking process straightforward, whether you are new to home mixology or already enjoy making cocktails.
What is the difference between the MIXOLOGIC smoker kits?
The standard kit and Saturn kit include the same core accessories but feature different smoker designs. The premium set also includes two whiskey glasses for a more complete serving and gifting experience.
Are the whiskey stones reusable?
Yes. The marble whiskey stones can be chilled and reused.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. Delivery times are estimates.
Is delivery free, and where do you deliver?
Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How can I return an order?
Email contact@mixologic.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Please contact us before returning and use a tracked service to MIXOLOGIC Returns, 10c Western Avenue, Peterborough, PE1 4JD. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details; your statutory rights are unaffected.
What if my order is lost, damaged or faulty?
Contact contact@mixologic.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. For damaged items, photographs can help us investigate. We will help arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and explain the return arrangements. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
