Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on all orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will contact you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order issues

If an order is lost, contact us at contact@mixologic.co.uk. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may be a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns

You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email contact@mixologic.co.uk with your order number and clear cancellation request. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Please contact us before returning an item. Return it using a tracked service to: MIXOLOGIC Returns, 10c Western Avenue, Peterborough, PE1 4JD. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. Items must be returned with all components and packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; we may make a deduction where handling goes beyond that and reduces its value.

Refunds

We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever applies. For a valid cancellation, we refund the item price and standard outbound delivery cost. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled separately and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
