Who we are

Personal data we collect

We collect the information needed to process an order: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number where supplied, order details, transaction status, delivery information and messages sent to us. We also receive limited technical and usage information through Google Analytics only where you consent to analytics cookies.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

To take payment, fulfil orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support: performance of a contract.
To retain order and tax records, prevent fraud, protect our business and deal with legal claims: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
To measure website use using Google Analytics: consent, where analytics cookies are accepted.

We do not currently send marketing emails.

Who receives data

We use SEOHost for website hosting, WooCommerce to operate the store, Stripe for payment processing, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment to fulfil and deliver orders, Contact Form 7 for enquiries, and Google Analytics where you consent. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where this happens, they use the safeguards stated in their applicable data-processing terms.

Retention

We keep order, payment and VAT-related records for six years from the end of the relevant financial year. We retain support messages only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a record of the interaction, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation. Analytics data is retained according to the setting in our Google Analytics account. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Security

We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.
